The Board of Directors of Kampac Group is deeply saddened to announce that Mr. Charles Ampofo, Chairman of KAMPAC Group, passed away and is no more with us. Mr Charles leadership, invaluable contribution and presence will be greatly missed by the Board, management and employees of the KAMPAC Group. The Board sincerely appreciates Mr Charles dedicated service over the years, and together with KAMPAC Management and Employees, extend their deepest sympathies to his family.
After a turbulent period for the oil industry in 2015, Kampac’s management decided to reorganize and focus our efforts in areas that we believe offer the most potential and best opportunities.
Therefore from 2016 to 2018 Kampac has undergone restructuring and reshaping its management structure. In this regard, Kampac has reshuffle its entire Dubai staff. Mr. Nicholas Baghouti an energetic and dynamic executive, will assume management of the Company.
We are concentranting our energies on South America where we see great potential in Ecuador, Peru,Paraguay, Colombia and Trinidad & Tobago. We have promoted our COO, Mr. Jose Morao to CEO of Kampac South America to be assisted our Canada executive Mr. Richmond Nyantakyi. The duo are an enthusiastic and ambitious young men very capable of carrying the Kampac flag in that region.
With our hibernation period over, we are now looking forward to the year 2020 and beyond. Our vision for the next decade is bright; we have plans to develop and energy complex in West Africa and begin a listing on major stock exchange in Asia by 2020.
